We are proud to say our refunds rates are less than 1% and we understand that there may be times ,we may not be able to please everyone and so Virginhairworld operates a full refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchases, simply contact us for a full refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the day an order is received. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us for more information or if you require further assistance.

To be eligible for a return / refund , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-returnable items:

Free gifts are non refundable or exchangeable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Once  returned items  are received , inspected, and confirmed , Your refunds will be processed, and due credit will automatically be applied to your credit / debit  card or original method of payment. On average, within 1 (one)  to 24 (twenty -four) hours of having received returned  items, refunds are usually applied and customer notified.

Late or missing items  may incur charges (as applicable)

We generally advise our customer to allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be cleared into accounts. Although, We apply refunds instantly, processing time would normally  depend within processing banks, payments processors , method of payments as applicable. 

In the events there are delays with refunds, of if 5 (five) working days have gone passed since your refunds were applied and has not been cleared into debited account, please contact us immediately for further assistance or contact your bank., 


We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. We also exchange items, if you change your mind on styles of choice, for instance, you ordered a straight hair, but changed your mind to prefer a body wavy or curly hair.  We strongly advice customers  not to post returning items for exchange without informing or contacting us first..

All returned items shall first, be verified  before exchange or refunds are initiated.

We recommend  using a trackable shipping service and  if you're shipping an item over £75 consider purchasing shipping insurance.
